The backing pump could not reach the
necessary vacuum level to start the
turbo pump. There could be a problem
with a vacuum leak, the backing pump
or the vacuum gauge. The backing
pump will be turned off. Make sure
that the vent valve is closed before
restarting the backing pump.

correct if possible.
Check the cooling-air duct for
obstructions and correct as
necessary.
If the cooling air flow is fine
and there are no obstructions
