does not match that of the

Determine the correct voltages,
and correct. Check the voltage
switch at the pump.

Pump has failed to reach
vacuum.

Pressure measurement or
gauge head gives an
incorrect indication of

A contaminated Pirani gauge can
indicate a pressure several times
higher than the actual. Replace if
