Now that you have opened up the box for your new equipment, please take the time to thoroughly inspect if for shipping damage

7/16” open end or crescent wrench

1.  Slide the rod with two springs attached through the holes in 

the armchair as shown in Figure 1.  Make sure the bolt holes 
on the wood frame and metal bar are on the same side of the 
chair once it slides into place.

2.  Make sure the loops of the eyebolts on the rod are pointed 

toward the chair as in Figure 1.  Using the included bolts, 
washer, and nuts, install the rod bracket as shown in Figure 2.

3.  Tighten both bolts installed in the previous step.
