Maintenance method when warm air or natural air comes out when refrigeration is switched on

problems cause the
solenoid valve start
to be powered.

the connector of
compressor clutch
has electricity

whether
there is the ground
connection of
compressor
housing

control panel
Pin #18 for
electricity
The refrigeration relay
on the evaporator
or its related lines
malfunctions
Check
whether
two wires of pins
No.6 and No.8 on
control panel are
conducted.
Pressure switch
wiring fault
Check the
high pressure of
refrigerant
Check whether the
pressure switch is
breakover/connected
Few refrigerant or
none refrigerant

Repair and

sensor for break circuit or

Turn off
the water valve
connecting the warm
water pipe on the
engine, check for
malfunctions
Compressor
runs normally

conditions
No air bubble can be
seen from the fluid in
spection mirror or only a
small amount can be seen
Connect the manifold
meter, measure pressures
at high and low pressure
ends, and compare them
with normal pressure (see
table attached hereinafter).
Check follow
the item 2 in the table
Replace the solenoid
water valve or check
the circuit
The electromagnetic
clutch coil is tripping
off and replace the
clutch or
the compressor
