Overhauling method
If the blower operate normally, overhaul it in the following order

Low air flow or
none air flow
Whether the return
air and fresh air
sensors are blocked
seriously
Clean or
replace the
relative
filters
Check if
voltage of
blower unit
is too low
Check whether the
condensed water drained
from the a/c evaporator out of
vehicle drips slowly
or does not drip
The blower
unit is faulty
The blower
unit is faulty
Switch off refrigeration,
open doors and windows,
set air outlet volume in high position,
and observe for 5~-10 minutes to
see whether evaporator drains
water too quickly and air
volume is restored.
Whether air then is
too moist or low air
speed position
is used.
Increase air
speed, and select
the temperature of
slightly high position
(such as 26°C,
cold enough is ok.)
Replacement
Replace control
panel
Check whether
defrosting
temperature
sensor is damaged
by measuring
resistance (see
attached table).
The voltage of
complete machine
is insufficient
or resistance of
circuit board is
over large
