A damaged pump head must be replaced inclusive the pump
hose section and vice versa.
To clean the reagent bottles and hoses, proceed as follows:
Procedure
1.
Withdraw the reagent hoses from the bottles and the vessel
top plate without dismantling the pump heads.
2.
Thoroughly rinse the reagent hoses still attached to the pump
heads with water as well as the reagent bottles.
9.6.5 Sensors
CAUTION!
Danger of damage to the sensors!
The use of tools when removing sensors and care-
less handling of the sensors in general may lead to
damages to the sensors.
Therefore:
– Never use any tools for removing sensors.
– Always be careful when handling the sensors.
NOTICE!
Cleaning and storage of the sensors is described in
the documentation from the sensor manufacturers.
Strictly follow these instructions!
Procedure
1.
Gently unscrew the sensors from the vessel top plate.
2.
Clean the sensors according the manufacturer’s instructions.
3.
Store the sensors according the manufacturer’s instructions.
