NOTICE!
Only use a dry and clean syringe in order to avoid
clogging of the filter. This syringe can be reused as
often as desired because the air is led via a sterile
filter.
Proceed as follows:
Procedure
1.
Pull back on the syringe piston to fill it with air.
2.
Place the syringe on the hose on the air filter.
3.
Push the piston into the syringe.
Remains of culture liquid are displaced back into the vessel.
4.
Repeat step 1 to 3 until there is no more liquid in the hose.
