CAUTION!
Danger of loss of property due to using force!
If the screw connections of the sampling system
are tightened with force, this can damage of the
component parts.
Therefore:
– Gently tighten all screw connections with two
fingers.
– Do NOT use tools!
To prepare the sampling system Super Safe Sampler for sterilisa-
tion, proceed as follows:
Procedure
1.
Loosen and remove the screw next to the blanking plug in the
10 mm port with a slotted screwdriver (no. 3).
2.
Pull the blanking plug out of the port and remove it.
3.
Loosely insert the dip tube into the vessel top plate port.
4.
Screw the screw in with the slotted screwdriver and insert the
dip tube to the fitting at the same time.
Ensure the screw head is positioned in the gap between
clamping adapter and port fitting of the dip tube.
5.
Slightly tighten the screw.
The screw has no sealing function.
