7.4.5 Testing the Antifoam Pump, connecting the Antifoam Sensor
The function of the antifoam pump can be tested before connecting
the cable with the sensor.
Proceed as follows:
Procedure
1.
Switch on the equipment at the main switch.
2.
Select the bioreactor whose antifoam pump will be tested in
the selection bar.
3.
Start the bioreactor.
4.
Switch on parameter antifoam.
NOTICE!
For operation details see the separate operating
manual of the touch screen software.
5.
Insert the black banana connector into the side hole of the red
banana connector.
The antifoam pump should be running now.
6.
Stop the bioreactor.
To connect the antifoam sensor, proceed as follows:
