8.3.2 Shutting down the System, switching off the Equipment
Once harvesting is complete and the reagent hoses are empty, the
system can be shut down and the equipment switched off.
Proceed as follows:
Procedure
1.
On the operating panel, shut down the system by touching the
Shutdown
button.
The touch screen software is described in detail in the sepa-
rate operating manual.
2.
Switch the equipment off at the main switch.
NOTICE!
If several units are being controlled by one
operating panel, each basic unit must be switched
off individually with the main switch.
3.
Shut off the supply lines and check that they are
unpressurised (water, gas).
4.
Sterilise the vessel, component parts and accessories in the
autoclave and then clean them.
