Revisione spinotti
Devono essere perfettamente levigati,
senza rigature, scalini o colorazioni
bluastre dovute a surriscaldamento.
Lo spinotto ben lubrificato deve poter
scorrere all'interno delle sedi del
pistone senza forzature.
Il gioco di accoppiamento con il
pistone, al montaggio, deve essere
di
0,002 ÷ 0,008 mm .
Il limite di usura massimo ammesso
è di
0,035 mm.
Sostituendo lo spinotto è necessario
sostituire anche la boccola piede di
biella.
Revisione segmenti
Non devono presentare tracce di
forzamenti o rigature. I pistoni di
ricambio vengono forniti completi
di segmenti e spinotto.
Accoppiamento segmenti -
cave sul pistone
Il limite di usura massimo ammesso
è di
0,15 mm per il segmento
superiore (1°) e di 0,10 mm per
gli altri (2° e raschiaolio).
Note
La marcatura va sempre rivolta
verso l'alto nell'accoppiamento
pistone-segmenti.
Overhauling the gudgeon pins
Gudgeon pins must be perfectly
smooth without signs of scoring,
steps, or blueing due to overheating.
The well-lubricated gudgeon pin must
slide smoothly inside the piston
without stiffness.
The assembly clearance with the
piston at the time of installation
must be
0.002-0.008 mm .
The maximum permissible wear
limit is
0.035 mm.
If the gudgeon pin is changed you
must also change the connecting
rod small end bush.
Overhauling the piston rings
The piston rings must not show
any signs of forcing or scoring.
Replacement pistons are supplied
with piston rings and gudgeon pin.

The maximum permissible wear limit
is
0.15 mm for the top ring (1st) and
0.10 mm for the others (2nd and
scraper ring).
Notes
The marking punched on piston
rings must always be facing upwards.
