Rimontaggio manubrio
Posizionare le colonnette (5) nella
propria sede sulla testa di sterzo.
Posizionare il manubrio (4) nella
sede delle colonnette (5).
Posizionare i cavallotti (1) sul
manubrio (4).
Importante
Posizionare i cavallotti
orientando la freccia (B), sul loro
dorso, verso il serbatoio.
Posizionare il manubrio in modo che
le punzonature (C) si trovino sullo
stesso piano delle sedi sulla testa,
come mostrato in figura.
Applicare grasso prescritto sul filetto
delle viti (3).
Fissare i cavallotti (1) avvitando le
viti (3).
Serrare le viti (3) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare i tappi (
2 ).
Per il rimontaggio delle manopole (A)
fare riferimento all’esploso di inizio
capitolo.

Installare il comando
freno anteriore F 3
Installare il
commutatore destro P 5
Installare il comando
acceleratore F 1
Installare il comando
idraulico frizione F 2
Installare il
commutatore sinistro P 5
Refitting the handlebar
Locate the lower clamps (5) in their
seats on the top yoke.
Locate the handlebar (4) in the
lower clamps (5).
Locate the upper clamps (1) on the
handlebar (4).
Important
Position the upper clamps with
the arrows (B) pointing towards the
fuel tank.
Position the handlebar so that the
punched marks (C) are located in the
same plane of the seats on the top
yoke, as hsown in the figure.
Apply the recommended grease to
the threads and underside of the
heads of bolts (3).
Tighten down the upper clamps (1)
with the bolts (3).
Tighten the bolts (3) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit the caps (
2 ).
To refit the grips (A), refer to the
exploded view at the beginning of
this chapter.
