Smontaggio serbatoio
carburante
Rimuovere la sella (Sez. E 3).
Sollevare il gancio (4) del serbatoio.
Sollevare il serbatoio e svuotarlo.
Sfilare verso l’alto il tubo (24)
lasciandolo attaccato ai raccordi del
tubo sfiato (20) e di drenaggio (21)
del serbatoio.
Scollegare il connettore (A) della
sonda livello carburante e della
pompa dal cablaggio principale.
Scollegare i raccordi rapidi (25) e (26),
lasciandoli collegati alle tubazioni e
quindi al corpo farfallato (Sez. L 6).
Rimuovere la copiglia (8).
Sfilare il perno (7), recuperare le
boccole (5) e le rosette (6) e rimuovere
il serbatoio (1) completo di flangia dal
telaio.
Removing the fuel tank
Remove the seat (Sect. E 3).
Lift the fuel tank fastener (4).
Lift the fuel tank and empty it.
Remove hose (24) upwards, leaving
it connected to the fittings of the
breather (20) and drainage (21) pipes
of the fuel tank.
Disconnect fuel level sensor and
pump connector (A) from the main
wiring harness.
Disconnect the quick couplers (25)
and (26), leaving them connected
to the hoses and hence to the
throttle body (Sect. L 6).
Remove split pin (8).
Take out the pin (7), set aside the
bushings (5) and washers (6) and
remove the fuel tank (1) complete
with flange from the frame.
