Rimontaggio impianto di
scarico
Sostituire le guarnizioni scarico ( 22 )
e interporle tra i collettori testa
verticale (21) e orizzontale (23).
Impuntare i dadi (20) di fissaggio
collettori e serrarli alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Applicare pasta sigillante nel punto
di giunzione tra le tubazioni del
presilenziatore (32) e i rispettivi
collettori (21) e (23).
Riposizionare i distanziali (27) sui
gommini (29) su entrambi i lati.
Collegare la sonda lambda (35) al
cablaggio principale (Sez. P 1).
Qualora fosse stato necessario
rimuovere il supporto (28) dal
presilenziatore (32), nel suo
rimontaggio applicare sulla vite (30)
frenafiletti e serrare alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Inserire le tubazioni del
presilenziatore (32) sui collettori e
posizionarlo in modo da allineare i
fori di fissaggio sui carter motore e i
fori di fissaggio sui supporti (28).
Impuntare le viti (26) di fissaggio del
supporto (28) al carter motore e
serrarle alla coppia di serraggio
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Applicare pasta sigillante nel punto
di giunzione tra le tubazioni (18) e (19)
e il presilenziatore (32).
Posizionare le fascette (13) sulle
tubazioni (18) e (19).
Inserire le tubazioni (18) e (19) sulle
tubazioni corrispondenti del
presilenziatore (32).
Inserire le viti (12) e i dadi (14) sulle
rispettive fascette e serrarli alla coppia
di serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Reinstalling the exhaust
system
Renew exhaust gaskets ( 22 ) and
place them between the vertical (21)
and horizontal (23) head manifolds.
Start nuts (20) securing the
manifolds and tighten them to the
prescribed torque (Sect. C 3).
Apply sealant to the junction between
the pre-silencer (32) pipes and the
respective manifolds (21) and (23).
Refit spacers (27) on rubber pads (29)
on both sides.
Connect lambda sensor (35) to the
main wiring harness (Sect. P 1).
Should it have been necessary to
remove support (28) from pre-
silencer (32), when refitting, apply
threadlocker to screw (30) and tighten
to the prescribed torque (Sect. C 3).
Fit pre-silencer (32) pipes into the
manifolds and position in such a
way as to align the fixing holes on
the crankcases with the fixing
holes on supports (28).
Start screws (26) securing support (28)
to the crankcase and tighten to the
prescribed torque (Sect. C 3).
Apply sealant to the junction between
pipes (18) and (19) and pre-silencer (32).
Fit clamps (13) on pipes (18) and (19).
Fit pipes (18) and (19) on the
corresponding pipes of pre-silencer (32).
Fit screws (12) and nuts (14) on the
respective clamps and tighten to the
prescribed torque (Sect. C 3).
