Smontaggio comando
freno posteriore
completo
Attenzione
La casa costruttrice della
pompa freno, considerando
l’importanza in termini di sicurezza
che riveste questo componente,
suggerisce di non intervenire in
nessun modo all’interno della pompa.
Una revisione non eseguita
correttamente può mettere in serio
pericolo l’incolumità del pilota.
Le operazioni di sostituzione si devono
limitare alla leva di comando, al gruppo
serbatoio con relativi componenti di
fissaggio e al fissaggio pompa.
Svitare le viti (4) di fissaggio pompa
freno idraulico posteriore (3) dalla
piastra porta pedana (A).
Svitare dalla pompa (3), la vite
speciale (1), recuperando le due
guarnizioni (2).
Svitare la vite (27), facendo attenzione
alla rosetta e al dado (
26 ). Rimuovere
il serbatoio olio completo (25),
completo di tubo (28).
Scollegare l’interruttore stop
posteriore (23) dal cablaggio principale.
Rimuovere la piastra porta pedana
(Sez. H 4).
Svitare il perno (14) di fissaggio leva
comando freno posteriore alla staffa
portapedana e sfilare la molla (15).
Rimuovere la leva pedale completa (21)
e le rosette (18) e (30) e le guarnizioni
OR (
29 ).

Removing the complete
rear brake control
Warning
The brake master cylinder
manufacturer advises against
servicing the brake master cylinder
due to the safety critical nature of
this component. Incorrect overhaul
of this critical safety component
can endanger rider safety.
Maintenance operations on these
units are limited to renewal of the
following parts: control lever, fluid
reservoir assembly and relative
fasteners and master cylinder
fasteners.
Unscrew the bolts (4) securing tbhe
rear brake master cylinder (3) to
the footrest bracket (A).
Undo the banjo bolt (1) from the
master cylinder (3), recovering the
two sealing washers (2).
Unscrew the bolt (27), taking care to
recover the washer and the nut (
26 ).
Remove the brake fluid reservoir
assembly (25), complete with the
hose (28).
Disconnect the rear brake light
switch (23) from the main wiring
harness.
Remove the footrest bracket
(Sect. H 4).
Unscrew the pivot bolt (14) securing
the rear brake pedal to the footrest
bracket and withdraw the spring (15).
Remove the pedal assembly (21,) the
washers (18) and (30) and O-rings (
29 ).
