Smontaggio gruppo
pompa frizione
Attenzione
La casa costruttrice della pompa
frizione, considerando l’importanza in
termini di sicurezza che riveste questo
componente, suggerisce di non
intervenire in nessun modo all’interno
della pompa (1). Una revisione non
eseguita correttamente può mettere
in serio pericolo l’incolumità del pilota.
Le operazioni di sostituzione si devono
limitare alla leva di comando, al gruppo
serbatoio e al fissaggio pompa.
Svitare la vite speciale (9),
recuperando le guarnizioni
(8), per
liberare il gruppo pompa frizione (1)
dal tubo comando frizione (6).
Svitare le due viti (5) di fissaggio
gruppo pompa frizione (1) al manubrio.
Rimuovere il gruppo pompa frizione (1):
per la sua scomposizione fare
riferimento alla tavola esplosa di
inizio capitolo.
Rimontaggio gruppo
pompa frizione
Riposizionare il gruppo pompa
frizione (1) completo sul manubrio,
allineandolo ai grani di centraggio.
Serrare le viti (5) di fissaggio alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3),
procedendo con la sequenza 1-2-1.
Posizionare il tubo (6) sul gruppo
pompa frizione (1) insieme a una
guarnizione (8). Fare attenzione
all'orientamento del raccordo del
tubo sul gruppo (1).
Attenzione
Un posizionamento non corretto
può causare malfunzionamenti
dell'impianto e può interferire con le
parti in movimento del motociclo.
Posizionare l’altra guarnizione (8).
Serrare la vite (9) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Removing the clutch
master cylinder assembly
Warning
The clutch master cylinder
manufacturer advises against
servicing of the internal parts of clutch
master cylinder (1) due to the safety-
critical nature of this component.
Incorrect overhaul of this critical safety
component can endanger rider safety.
Maintenance operations of the
master cylinder are limited to
replacing the following parts:
control lever, reservoir unit, and
master cylinder fasteners.
Unscrew the banjo bolt (9) and
recover the sealing washers (8) to
release the clutch master cylinder
assembly (1) from clutch control
hose (6).
Unscrew the two clamp bolts (5)
securing the clutch master cylinder
assembly (1) to the handlebar.
Remove clutch master cylinder
assembly (1). to dismantle the
assembly, refer to the exploded
view diagram at the beginning of
the chapter.
Refitting the clutch
master cylinder assembly
Locate the complete master cylinder
assembly (1) on the handlebar, aligning
it with the locating grubscrews.
Tighten the retaining bolts (5) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3), in the
sequence 1-2-1.
Locate the hose (6) along with one
sealing washer (8) on the clutch
master cylinder (1). Ensure that
the end fitting on the hose is
correctly positioned relative to the
master cylinder (1).
Warning
If the clutch hose end fitting
is incorrectly positioned, the hose
may interfere with moving parts
and lead to clutch faults.
Locate the other sealing washer (8).
Tighten the bolt (9) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
