Reassembling the rocker arms
Fit closing rocker arm (18) and relative
spring (9) on tool part no.
88713.2362 .
Insert the tool - rocker arm – spring
assy. into the head and fit pin
88713.0262 to keep the parts in
position.
Temporarily fit valve (17) and
lubricate with engine oil.
Perform lateral shimming with the
specific shims (5), positioning the
rocker arm fork (A) as centrally as
possible with respect to the valve
stem.
Minimum clearance between stem
and rocker arm:
0.15 mm.
Closing rocker arm end float:
0.05 – 0.20 mm.
Remove tool no. 88713.0262 and fit
rocker arm pin (4) with new O-ring (22)
(previously greased).
Rimontaggio bilanceri
Disporre sull’attrezzo 88713.2362
il bilanciere di chiusura (18) e la
relativa molla (9).
Inserire il gruppo attrezzo -
bilanciere - molla nella testa ed
installare la spina
88713.0262 per
mantenerlo in posizione.
Inserire provvisoriamente la valvola (17)
lubrificandola con olio motore.
Eseguire la spessorazione laterale
utilizzando le apposite rondelle (5) di
rasamento posizionando la forcella (A)
del bilanciere il più possibile centrata
rispetto allo stelo della valvola.
Gioco minimo tra stelo e bilanciere:
0,15 mm.
Gioco assiale bilanciere chiusura:
0,05 ÷ 0,20 mm.
Togliere l’attrezzo 88713.0262 ed
inserire il perno bilanciere (4) con
nuova guarnizione OR (22) dopo
averla opportunamente ingrassata.
