Il movimento del bilanciere è realizzato
mediante astucci a rullini (6) che
lavorano su un distanziale interno (3);
alle estremità esterne sono posizionati
due anelli di tenuta (5) che provvedono
a mantenere la lubrificazione
all’interno delle gabbie.
Dopo aver sfilato il distanziale
interno (3), rimuovere gli anelli di
tenuta (5), gli astucci a rullini (6)
utilizzando un tampone adatto.
Importante
Fare attenzione, durante
l’estrazione, a non rovinare la sede
del bilanciere. Gli anelli di tenuta (5) e
gli astucci a rullini (6) rimossi non
vanno più rimontati.
Ricomposizione bilanciere
sospensione posteriore
Introdurre due astucci a rullini (6)
nuovi sul tampone cod.
88713.1071
e lubrificare con grasso prescritto.
Supportare adeguatamente il
bilanciere e spingere gli astucci fino a
battuta dell’attrezzo sul bilanciere.
Importante
Introdurli in asse con il
foro, evitando impuntamenti:
eventualmente utilizzare una pressa.
Inserire un anello di tenuta (5)
nuovo con il lato metallico rivolto
verso l’esterno, sul tampone e
portalo in battuta sull’astuccio
precedentemente montato.
Ripetere le stesse operazioni per
gli altri astucci (6) e l’altro anello di
tenuta (5).
Lubrificare con grasso prescritto
astucci e anelli di tenuta ed inserire
il distanziale interno (3).

suspension rocker arm
The rocker arm movement is
obtained by needle roller bearings (6)
rotating on an internal spacer (3).
Two oil seals (5) on the outer sides
of the bearings keep the lubricant
inside the cages.
First remove the inner spacer (3),
then remove the oil seals (5) and the
needle roller bearings (6) using a
suitable drift.
Important
Take care not to damage the
bearing housings on the rocker arm
while driving out the bearings. Once
disturbed, the oil seals (5) and needle
roller bearings (6) may not be refitted.
Reassembly of the rear
suspension rocker arm
Install two new needle roller
bearings (6) onto drift part
no.
88713.1071 and lubricate with
the recommended grease.
Support the rocker arm and drive in
the needle roller bearings until the
tool is seated against rocker arm.
Important
Make sure that the bearings are
installed perfectly square in the hole.
Avoid jamming. Use a press, if
necessary.
Fit a new oil seal (5) on the
installation tool, with the metal side
facing outwards, and drive it in so
that it seats against the previously
installed bearings.
Repeat the above procedure for
the other roller bearings (6) and the
other seal (5).
Lubricate the bearings and oil seals
with the recommended grease and
insert the inner spacer (3).
