Rimontaggio gruppo
rinvio frizione
Lubrificare e riposizionare l'asta di
rinvio frizione (16) con i due anelli
OR (17).
Lubrificare la guarnizione (13) e
posizionarla con il gruppo rinvio (14)
sul carter.
Impuntare le viti (15) del gruppo rinvio
frizione e serrarle rispettando la
sequenza 1-2-3-1-2.
Serrare le viti (15) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Posizionare il tubo (6) sul gruppo
rinvio frizione (14), facendo
attenzione all'orientamento del
raccordo del tubo sul gruppo (14).
Attenzione
Un posizionamento non corretto
può causare malfunzionamenti
dell'impianto e può interferire con le
parti in movimento del motociclo.
Posizionare le due guarnizioni ( 8 ) e
serrare la vite (10) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare lo spurgo (11) e il tappo (12).
Per il posizionamento delle fascette
che fissano il tubo (6), fare riferimento
alla tavola della pagina seguente.

Riempire l’impianto
frizione D 4
Refitting the clutch slave
cylinder
Grease and refit the clutch
pushrod (16) with the two O-rings (17).
Lubricate the seal (13) and locate it
along with the slave cylinder (14) on
the crankcase.
Insert the clutch slave cylinder
retaining bolts (15) and tighten
them in the sequence 1-2-3-1-2.
Tighten the bolts (15) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Locate the hose (6) on the slave
cylinder (14), ensuring that the hose
end fitting is correctly positioned
relative to the slave cylinder (14).
Warning
If the clutch hose end fitting
is incorrectly positioned, the hose
may interfere with moving parts
and lead to clutch faults.
Position the two sealing washers ( 8 )
and tighten the banjo bolt (10) to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit the bleed valve (11) and the
dust cap (12).
Refer to the diagram on the following
page for correct positioning of the
hose retaining clips (6).
