Inserire la cartuccia ammortizzatore (8)
completa di boccola (7) nello
scorrevole (21).
Installare la guarnizione (20) e la vite
di registro compressione (19).
Serrare alla coppia di
30÷40 Nm.
Montare l’attrezzo cod. 88713.0958
sulla cartuccia (8).
Introdurre metà del quantitativo
prescritto di olio in ogni stelo
(Sez. C 2).
Pompare per permettere all’olio di
riempire tutto il volume interno.
Portare a fondo corsa sia cartuccia
ammortizzatore che il fodero esterno.
Introdurre il rimanente quantitativo di
olio nello stelo e misurare il livello.
Importante
Posizionare verticalmente lo
stelo quando si misura il livello.
Verificare che il livello sia il medesimo
in entrambi gli steli.
Olio raccomandato:
SHELL ADVANCE FORK 7,5 o
DONAX TA
Capacità Standard:
0,480 dm

Livello olio Standard:
104 mm
Il quantitativo di olio influisce sul
comportamento della forcella nei
fine corsa di compressione.
Un livello di olio alto aumenta il carico
in compressione, un livello basso lo
diminuisce.
Insert the damper assembly (8)
complete with the bush (7) into the
inner tube (21).
Fit the seal (20) and the compression
adjuster screw (19).
Tighten to a torque of
30 to 40 Nm.
Fit the tool part no. 88713.0958 onto
the damper (8).
Pour half the specified quantity of oil
in each fork leg (Sect. C 2).
Pump to force the oil to fill internal
volume completely.
Slide both the damper and outer tube
fully down the inner tube.
Pour the remaining oil into the fork
leg and measure the oil level.
Important
Keep the fork leg vertical when
measuring the oil level. Make sure the
oil level is the same in both fork legs.
Recommended oil:
SHELL ADVANCE FORK 7.5 or
DONAX TA
Standard capacity:
0.480 dm

Standard oil level:
104 mm
The quantity of oil affects fork
response during the final part of
the compression stroke.
High oil level increases compression
loading, low oil level will decrease it.
