does not come into contact with the welded material. Switch o

is still audible, this means that the welder is cooling the electronics, and after that it will automatically switch o
ff
the fan and the
welder display. Do not unplug the power cord from the mains socket during that time. This could lead to the welder electronics
overheating. Welding cables can be disconnected. After the fan has been automatically switched o
ff
, unplug the power cable of
the welder and then set about maintenance.
ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY AND RELATED PHENOMENA
The welder belongs to Class A (according to EN 60974-10), which means that it is not intended for use in residential locations
where electricity is supplied by a public low-voltage network system. Potential di
ffi
culties may arise in regard to ensuring elec-
tromagnetic compatibility in these locations, due to conducted and radiated disturbances. During welding, electrical equipment
near the work area may interact with the welder. The electric arc generated during welding produces an electromagnetic
fi
eld
that a
ff
ects operating electrical systems and installations. Consequently, the welder operator must take precautions in the areas
where such radiation may pose a risk to people or equipment (e.g. near hospitals, laboratories, medical equipment, and RTV and
computer equipment). It is not possible to determine and measure the type and strength of the impact of the electromagnetic
fi
eld
generated by the welder on other equipment. As a result, it is di
ffi
cult to give precise instructions on how to reduce the phenome-
non. In the areas where a potential risk of danger occurs, special precautions should be taken, using screens and protective
fi
lters
where possible. Welding cables should be as short as possible and close to each other on the ground. The manufacturer is not lia-
ble for any damage caused by the use of the welder in the places mentioned above or as a result of incorrect use of the machine.
WARNING: This equipment does not comply with IEC 61000-3-12. If the equipment is connected to a public low-voltage network
system, it is the responsibility of the installer or user of the equipment to ensure, by consulting the distribution network operator if
necessary, that the equipment can be connected.
MAINTENANCE AND SPARE PARTS
CAUTION! Before carrying out any adjustment, servicing or maintenance work, unplug the device from the power outlet. After
fi
nishing work, the technical condition of the device should be checked by visually inspecting and assessing the body, the electric
cable with the plug, the operation of the electric switch, the the ventilation slots for any obstructions, the loudness of operation,
the start-up procedure and the smoothness of operation. During the warranty period, the user is not allowed to disassemble the
device or replace any components or parts, or else this will void the warranty. Any irregularities found during an inspection or op-
eration are indicative of a required repair that needs to be done at the service centre. After
fi
nishing work, the housing, ventilation
openings, switches, auxiliary handle and the covers should be cleaned e.g. with an air jet (with a pressure not exceeding 0.3 MPa),
paintbrush or a dry cloth without the use of chemicals and cleaning agents. Clean the tools and the torches with a clean dry cloth.
The earth and electrode clamps as well as the welding cable connection plugs must be checked must be checked for wear. In the
event of excessive wear, e.g. when it becomes impossible to grip the electrode, contact the manufacturer. The use of cables other
than original spare parts is prohibited.
