All ASCII characters required are entered into the control system
using the keyboard. An overview of the assignment of the most
important special keys is listed below:
F1 F1 is used to call up the online instruction guide.
F2-F9 These function keys are used for the softkey functions displayed at
the bottom of the screen. Press any one of these keys to execute
the related function on the screen.
F10 With F10, the cursor jumps into the menu bar; F10 corresponds to
the FOCUS MENU button on the operating panel.
F11 With F11, the topic blocks of the menu bar are opened for selection;
F11 corresponds to the FOCUS button on the operating panel.
BACKSPACE The <BACKSPACE> button moves the cursor to the left one space
at a time inside an entry field. At the same time, the character on
the left, next to the cursor is deleted.
Tab key The tab key is used to switch between different display areas within
a frame (input fields, selection fields, etc.).
