Welding wire feed (optional)

The position of the welding-wire tip is decisive for the welding
result:

•

If the welding wire protrudes beyond the focus, the laser beam
burns the welding wire.

•

If the welding wire is too far back, it is not in the welding seam.

Welding head with welding wire feed

1.

Undo both fixing screws.

2.

Align the holder until the welding wire is exactly in the focus on
the sheet surface. The position of the holder can be changed
by moving it vertically or turning it.

Once the welding wire has been aligned:

Close the clamping lever at the welding wire drive and the
clamping lever in the roller box.

4.

Close the roller box.
