•
Insert the generator tube carefully into the generator tube
socket.
•
Press on the generator tube from above until it locks into its
mount.
•
Fix the generator tube to the mounting plate using the fixing
screws.
•
On the top of the tube, remove the protective plugs for the
water connections.
•
Place the sacrificial anodes with sealing ring onto the water
connections.
•
Teflon hoses may not cross each other.
•
They must have a minimum clearance of 40 mm to neigh-
bouring components and the sheet metal panelling.
•
The cooling water flow is against the direction of the arrow.
•
Teflon hoses onto the sacrificial anodes and into the clamps
designed to secure the hoses.
•
First finger-tighten the union nuts.
Then use two revolutions of a spanner to tighten.
Check the screw joint for consistency.

After the cooling water connections of the generator tube have
been made, check whether the cooling system leaks.
•
Isolate the generator.
•
Secure the grounding hooks in the output stage.
•
Recheck all the water connections for good fit before switching
on the cooling water supply.
•
Switch on the cooling water supply.
•
Upon activation, check the consistency of all connections and
water screw joints, particularly the connections of the output
stage pipe.
•
Switch the cooling water supply back off.
•
Close the RF output stage with the cover plate.
