3.1 Authorized use of the machine

The TLC 1005 is a laser cutting center for cutting and welding flat
sheets and three-dimensional workpieces from metallic materials.

Intended use also means:

•

The conditions for installation specified by the manufacturer

must be observed and maintenance work must be carried out.

•

The installation of the machine and its operation must comply
with the national regulations valid in the country where the
machine is operated. The user is responsible for compliance
with these laws.

The following is not permitted:

•

Laser cutting of plastic materials.

•

Independent alteration and retrofitting of the machine by the

user or operator.

•

All work procedures which compromise safety.

Any other use is considered to be other than intended. The
manufacturer assumes no liability for any resulting damage to
property and injury to person; the user bears all liability for risk in
such cases.
