Adjustment work on the welding head

12. Press Select program.

A dialog box is opened.

"Focus search for welding heads" mask

13. Select Start the focus search for the current welding optics.

14. Press Continue.

15. Press >> following page.

16. Press Start approximate search.

Program starts from the current axis position: 11 welding
seams of 40 mm length each are welded. The nozzle distance
– the focus position – is increased with each welding seam by
1 mm. After the welding is completed, the evaluation data is
engraved on the sheet. The current nozzle distance at the end
of the program amounts to 15 mm.

The "Input of deviation from nominal dimension determined"
mask opens.
