Control element Prerequisites Explanation
RESET
None Pressing this button:
Interrupts control system operations
and resets the control system to its
switch-on condition.
Deletes all active error messages.
Stops and ends an active program.
The reference points are retained.
CLAMP
Device needs to have been applied. For customized applications e.g.
clamping or opening a device.
Button is not lit up if device is clamped.
Button is lit up if device is open.
Undefined status if button flashes at
2 Hz
Button flashes at 4 Hz for transition
between clamping and releasing.
The CLAMP button is disabled after
pressing the ACKNOWLEDGE
LOADING button. The device can now
only be opened from the NC program.
LIGHT BARRIER
INTERRUPTED
None Indicator lamp flashes if the light barrier
is interrupted.
FEED HOLD
None Pressing this button:
All movements at the machine are
stopped. Laser beam and cutting/
welding gas are switched off.
No machine movements are possible
as long as FEED HOLD is active.
The reference points are retained.
Button is lit up as long as FEED HOLD
is active.
Pressing START cancels FEED HOLD.
