19. Press Apply value.
The focus position offset is stored in the control system.
Display dialog opens.
20. Press Prepare.
NC program is terminated.
21. Pan the sheet or establish new start position. Position welding
head with 15 mm nozzle distance.
22. Select >Operation >Production >General welding table.
23. Call up Table 1111, adjust feed rate and pre-warming power to
minimum laser output.
24. Open the UP program COSTUMER_G820_TABLE in the NC
Editor and program minimum laser output.
25. Press START.
26. Press Continue.
Program starts from the current axis position: 11 welding
seams of 40 mm length each are welded. The "Input of the
determined output-dependent focus shift" mask opens at the
end.
27. Evaluate the welding seams:
28. Determine focus position offset and enter into the dialog.
