Press the button on the right that says
Execute
5) Select
photoSetFilter
(Figure 13-1) from the commands list, enter in the
Parameters
field the
desired filter for carrying out the reading and press
Execute
. This way the photometer will be
positioned in the chosen filter.

6) Select the
ReactionGoPhoto
command and enter in the
Parameters
field, the cuvette number in
which the solution was dispensed. Press
Execute
. Using this command the selected cuvette will be
positioned in front of the photometer.
7) Select the command
photoRead
and press
Execute.
The absorbance value obtained for that
cuvette and that filter will be shown in the screen above

For consecutive readings, press
Execute
several times. The time in which each operation is
completed appears in the screen and corresponds to the hours, minutes, seconds and milliseconds
from the moment the instrument was turned on.
9) Execute again the command written in the terminal window (disableVars A1 R)
10) Once all the readings have been made, wash the used cuvettes specifying in the program, the
initial and final cuvettes to wash
