Installing the retaining strip => Installing the retaining strip
1 Riveting down the side
window seal to the body Position the side window seal −1− on the centering hole−A− and
rivet it down using the pop rivet −3− . Then rivet down all pop
rivets.
2 Positioning the side window
seal in the retaining strip Coat the retaining strip −2− with soapy water. Insert the side
window seal −1− in the retaining strip −2− .
3 Fitting the side window seal
in the retaining strip Starting from the rear, fit the side window seal −1− in the
−direction of arrow−
in the retaining strip −2− using the fitting
roller.

4 Riveting down the side
window seal Position the integrated sheet metal strip of the side window seal
−1−
on the body and rivet it down using the pop rivet −3− .
