When an error occurs, the MSB of the function code will be set to 1.
Note 2.
A broadcast message uses the same DSR message format. The Slave address is, however,
always set to 00 and only register 0001 Hex (the RUN command) and register number 0002
Hex (the frequency reference) can be written.
