6. BUZZER SYSTEM

[1] ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT

Buzzer system consists of the battery (5), the slow

blow fuse (2), the main switch (4), the PTO shift lever
switch 1 (3), the buzzer (7), the grass collector duct
switch (6) and etc..

[2] BUZZER

As shown in the electrical circuit, when the grass

collector is full of grass, the grass collector duct switch is
set to 

"ON"

.

At this moment the buzzer alerts the noise.
When the grass collector is not full of grass, the

grass duct switch is set to 

"OFF"

.

At this condition, the buzzer does not alert the noise.

[3] GRASS COLLECTOR DUCT SWITCH

Grass collector duct switch is located at the grass

collector duct.

The grass collector duct switch detects the grass

quantity in the grass collector bag.

When the grass bag is full of grass, the switch lever

(3) is set to 

"ON"

.

At this moment, the battery current from the buzzer

flows through the grass collector duct switch to the
machine frame earth.

When the grass bag is not full of grass, the switch

lever (3) is not set to 

"ON"

.
