PTO Clutch Operating Pressure
CAUTION
• When checking, park the machine on flat ground, apply the
parking brake.
1. Lift the rear of the tractor and remove the left rear wheel.
2. Disconnect the PTO clutch delivery hose (2) from the PTO
clutch assembly (1), then install the adaptor, cable and pressure
gauge between the PTO clutch delivery hose (2) and the PTO
clutch assembly (1).
3. Start the engine and set at maximum speed.
4. Move the PTO lever to
"Engaged"
position, and measure the
pressure.
5. If the measurement is not same as factory specifications, check
the PTO relief valve and related hydraulic components.
IMPORTANT
• Do not connect the universal joint of the implement to the
mid and rear PTO shaft.
NOTE
• When reinstalling the PTO clutch delivery hose, connect
the PTO clutch delivery hose to the PTO clutch assembly
securely.

Adjusting Clearance between Tension PTO Arm and Release
Arm
1. Set the PTO lever (1) to
"DISENGAGED"
position
"B"
to make
the clutch wire (7) to be free.
2. Push the release arm (6) toward the tension PTO arm (2) to
contact. Tighten the bolt (5).
3. Check clearance between the tension PTO arm (2) and the
release arm (6).
4. If the measurement is not within the factory specifications,
adjust the clearance again.
