Checking Pump Delivery Oil to Control Valve

IMPORTANT

• Use the instruction with the flowmeter when you use the

flowmeter.

• While testing, do not close the flowmeter loading valve

completely.

1. Disconnect the hydraulic delivery hose (1) from the connector

(K2581-3665-0) (2) on the front case (3).

2. Fix the adaptor (5), the hydraulic flowmeter hose (IN) (6) and the

hydraulic flowmeter (7) to the connector (K2581-3665-0).

3. Remove the transmission fluid filling plug from the transmission

case (9).

4. Fix the flowmeter hose (OUT) to the transmission case (9).
5. Check that a flow volume meets the specifications when the

engine revolution is set at 3200 min

-1

 (rpm).

6. If the oil flow volume varies from the specification, replace the

flow priority valve, then take measurement again.
