(2) Power Steering Controller

Steering Wheel and Meter Panel

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable (6).
2. Remove the steering wheel cap and the steering wheel

mounting nut (3).

3. Remove the steering wheel (4).
4. Disconnect the main switch connector and the combination

switch connector (5).

5. Remove the hand accelerator lever grip and the cruise control

lever knob.

6. Disconnect the hand accelerator wire (9) and then turn the hand

accelerator lever to the operator seat side.

7. Open the bonnet, remove the panel mounting bolts and remove

the meter panel (1).

(When reassembling)

Power Steering Controller

1. Disconnect the power steering hoses (1), (2), (3), (4).
2. Remove the steering controller mounting screws and remove

the steering controller (5).

(When reassembling)

• Be sure to connect the power steering hoses to their original

position, and tighten them to the specified torque.

• After connecting the hoses to the power steering controller, start

the engine and steer the steering wheel to left or right turning
end and bleed the air in the power steering hydraulic circuit.
