(3) PTO Clutch "Disengaged"

When the PTO lever is set to 

"DISENGAGED"

 position, the pressurized hydraulic oil does not flow in to the PTO

clutch assembly.

The brake spring (7) pushes the clutch piston (6) to the PTO clutch case side.
The brake disks (10) and the brake plates (9) mounting on the PTO clutch case (8) are braked by its friction.
And the disk plates (4) and the separate plates (5) mounting on the spline boss (3), and the PTO clutch case (8)

are separated.
