EVTSEL is used to select events for PMN0, PMN1, PMN2 and PMN3. Refer to
“Performance Monitoring Events” on page 162
for a list of possible events.

Read Values:
0 = no overflow
1 = overflow has occurred
Write Values:
0 = no change
1 = clear this bit
