OUTLET VALVES (HOT WATER)
Press the OUTLET VLV soft key in the test menu. The
hot water outlet valves test menu is opened. (Fig. 28)
Here, you can test the hot water outlet valves.
CAUTION:
Hot water will be dispensed during
the test. Place a container of appro-
priate capacity underneath the corre-
sponding outlet when testing!
To test the individual hot water outlet valves (water/left/
middle/right), you can use three different soft keys:
OPEN, CLOSE and HAMMER.
Press OPEN in order to open the corresponding outlet
valve. Press CLOSE to close it. Touching the HAM-
MER soft key rapidly opens and closes the valve in
order to decalcify it.
OUTLET VALVES (COLD WATER)
Press the COLD WATER soft key in the test menu.
The cold water outlet valves test menu is opened.
(Fig. 29)
This menu allows you to test the cold water outlet
valves.
To test the individual cold water outlet valves, proceed
as described in the previous section 'OUTLET VALVES
(HOT WATER)'.
DOSING
Press the DOSING soft key in the test menu. The
concentrate dosing test menu is opened. (Fig. 30)
In this menu, you can test the individual dosing sys-
tems by executing pulses on the dosing coils. Thus,
the so-called 'bad dosing errors' can be revealed.
For each pulse the dosing pump provides a
certain quantity of concentrate. Before testing,
remove the trough and lid, and place a con-
tainer underneath each outlet.
Touch a DOSE 100 PULSES soft key to execute
exactly 100 pulses on the corresponding coil. The
number of correctly executed pulses will be indicated
after finishing the test.
In addition, the empty detection system analyses the
states of the individual product packs. FULL or EMPTY
are indicated accordingly.
