Disassembly of the seal and the internal
elbow (if installed):
• Remove the combined trough (7) and the
water distributor panel (8). (Fig. 3)
• Slightly squeeze the grip (9) on the water
distributor (10) and pull it towards the right
out of the console. (Fig. 3)
• Tilt the boiler into the service position.
(See chapter A.2.3)
• Remove the cover (11) of the boiler insula-
tion. (Fig. 4)
• Unscrew the boiler screw cap (12) including
the seal. (Fig. 4)
If internal elbows are installed:
• Pull the respective internal elbow (13) inside
the boiler off the valve seal. (Fig. 4)
• Remove the seal (14). (Fig. 4)
• The reassembly is carried out in reverse
order.
• On reassembly:
-
Insert the seal (14) into the boiler wall.
(Fig. 4)
- Push the valve (15) and the internal elbow
(13) into the valve seal; they snap into
place.
- Always install new drain valves together
with new hoses.
