C.2.5 Disassembly of the trough switchover system
• Disconnect the dispenser from the power
supply system and close the water tap.
• Open the right dispenser door and take out
the combined trough. (See chapter C.2.3)
• Remove the drip tray, drip grid and splash
panel. (See chapter D.2.2)
• Rotate the motor console (1) upwards and
then disconnect the cable harness connec-
tion (2) of the respective lever motor from
the sensor board. (Fig. 1, 2)
• Undo the 2 screws (3) and remove the
motor (4) including the switchover lever (5)
towards the rear. (Fig. 2)
ATTENTION: The switchover lever must
point up or down in a vertical
position.
• Pull the switchover lever (5) off the axle.
(Fig. 3)
• Undo the 2 screws (6) and then remove the
motor (4) from the switchover board.
(Fig. 3)
On reassembly, note the following:
• The switchover motors for the right and left
trough switchover systems are installed on
the switchover board in identical fashion.
