Install the bottom part of the foam seal
(22). (Fig. 7)

Fasten the aluminium plate (23) with 3
spring washers and 3 screws (24) to the
heat sink. (Fig. 7)
ATTENTION:
Insert the spring washers (25)
with the curvature against the
screw head. (Fig. 7)
ATTENTION:
Screw in the centre screw first
and then tighten the two outer
screws. Torque: 200 Ncm.
ATTENTION:
This torque value must be
complied with. Use the torque
wrench and insert B-0398 and
B-0399 for this work!
•
Pull a heat-shrinkable sleeve (26) over the
connection cables of the peltier-elements.
Solder the cables of the overheating protec-
tion (A) and the cable harness (B), and
then insulate the soldering joints by heating
up the heat-shrinkable sleeves. (Fig. 8)
•
Use 2 screws to fasten the heat sink to the
cooling unit.
•
Fasten the plug (27) in the console (28).
(Fig. 9)
•
Complete the dispenser.
