Disassembly of the user interface board in-
cluding the processor board
• Remove all connection cable harnesses on
the user interface board.
• Undo the fastening screws (4) of the user
interface board (5) and then remove the
circuit board. (Fig. 2)
Disassembly of the LCD display with touch screen
• Pull off the connection cable harness (8) for
the LCD display (6) on the user interface
board. (Fig. 2)
• Disconnect the dispenser from the power
supply unit and close the water tap.
• Open the right door.
• Undo all electrical connections (1) on the
door. (Fig. 1)
ATTENTION:During the replacement of the
circuit boards always work
with ESD-protection (e. g. use
an ESD wristband), in order to
prevent damage to the PC
boards and their components
due to electric charge.
• Remove the screws (2) of the circuit board
cover (3) and then take off the board
cover. (Fig. 1)
• Pull off the connection cable harness for
the touch-sensitive foil (7) on the user
interface board. (Fig. 2)
• Remove the fastening screws (9) of the
circuit board for the LCD display with touch
screen and then take off the circuit board
(6). (Fig. 2)
Disassembly of the RFID antenna
• Pull off the connection cable (11) of the
RFID antenna on the user interface board
(5). (Fig. 2)
• Take the RFID (10) out of the click-on
bracket. (Fig. 2)
