Various options for the dispenser result in different
versions, types or models of dispensers.
Example of options:
- café cool
Changes to the basic dispenser model that can be made
within a period of 5 minutes and for which the parts
removed from the dispenser do not exceed the price of
10 Euro.

• Changes to the dispenser will be announced
via Service Information sheets. They are
numbered consecutively. These are then to
be filed as chapter 8 in the Back Office
Manual.
• Changes that must be carried out for each
dispenser available on the market will be
announced by Modification Instructions.
These are then to be filed as chapter 9 in
the Service Manual. After the modifications
have been carried out, the corresponding
number must be marked with a cross on the
Modification Record Sticker (inside the dis-
penser on the air channel).
General information:
• The concept of this manual has been struc-
tured in order to be applicable for several
dispenser types. If a dispenser is not
equipped with a certain component, the
corresponding section is listed, but will be
blank. The complete numbering has not been
changed. Some paragraphs, e. g. the one on
'External Options' can be completed by the
service technician according to requirements
and country specifications.
