Functions - water system
• Tilt the boiler into the service position.
(See chapter A.2.3)
• Remove the cover (9) from the boiler insula-
tion (Fig. 3)
• Unscrew the boiler screw cap (10) including
the seal. (Fig. 3)
• Pull off the contacts of the heating system
cable harness (11) on the heating elements.
(Fig. 4)
• Undo the fastening nuts (12) of the heating
elements. Guide the heating element includ-
ing the flange downward and then take it out
through the opening of the boiler. (Fig. 4)
• The assembly is carried out in reverse order.
• On assembling the heating elements, the
following information must be taken into
account:
- The three heating elements are color-
coded in three different colors and must
be positioned in the boiler as shown in
Fig. 4. (Compare chapter 2)
- Color coding: white 2.0 kW/230 V
blue 2.7 kW/230 V
red 3.0 kW/230 V
- When inserting the heating elements, do
not bend the angled flat plugs.
- When inserting the heating elements,
make sure that the seal is correctly
inserted into the flange.
