4.3 Service interface
Using the service interface of the Cafitesse 700 dis-
penser, the service technician makes the necessary
settings for running the dispenser. He configures the
operator interface, runs different tests, makes the
dispenser-specific settings, etc.
4.3.1 Entering the service mode
To enter the service mode, press the dispenser stop
button and hold the service tag at the same time in
front of the RFID (radio frequency identification) an-
tenna area. (See fig. 3 on page 4).
The start menu of the service interface is opened. It
indicates
• the software version
• the current weekday and time
• the active errors
(Fig. 22)
The active errors are listed with their respective error
numbers and a short description.
To get more information about the displayed errors,
select an active error using the scroll bar and press
MORE INFO. A short explanation about this error and
possible reasons for it are displayed. (For detailed
information about all possible errors, please refer to
chapter 3).
If possible, remedy the indicated errors.
A press on the TEST soft key links you directly to the
test menu (see section 4.3.3.2 on page 14). Here, you
can check the correct functioning of the relevant
dispenser features when remedying the errors.
If there are no active errors, the MORE INFO
and TEST soft keys are not displayed.
Press the CONTINUE soft key to open the main
service menu.
