C.2.3 Disassembly of the combined trough and the product switches (auto diaphragm)
Disassembly of the combined trough
• Disconnect the dispenser from the power
supply system and close the water tap.
• Open the right dispenser door.
• Fold down the product outlet spouts
panel (1) (Fig. 1)
• Remove the combined trough (3) by undo-
ing the locking mechanism (2). (Fig. 1)
• Remove the trough cover (4). (Fig. 2)
Disassembly of the auto diaphragm
• Remove the screws (5) of the trough
support (6). (Fig. 3)
• Remove the trough support in a downward
and sideward motion.
• Remove the sealing key (9) in a downward
motion. (Fig. 3)
• Pull the lever wire (7) carefully downwards
out of the auto diaphragm. (Fig. 3)
• On assembly of the new auto diaphragm,
the following instructions must be observed:
– Spray the new auto diaphragm with
"Biolub" special lubricant.
– Insert the new auto diaphragm from
above into the groove of the combined
trough and then push it in as far as
possible so that the lips of the auto
diaphragm stick out at the bottom.
– Insert the lever wire from below into the
auto diaphragm carefully while holding it
against the lever wire from above at the
same time. Push the lever wire all the
way in until it fills up the loop.
– Spray the sealing key with "Biolub"
special lubricant and then guide it side-
ways over the lever wire and between
the lips of the auto diaphragm. Press the
trough support against the combined
trough and tighten down with 3 screws.
– Pull the ingredient trough up to approxi-
mately 1 mm below the trough edge
again.
– Operate the lever wire and check the
function of the switchover system.
– Clean the combined trough.
