K.3.2 Function: switched mode power supply unit including fuse board

•

The  switched  mode  power  supply  unit  (1)  is
supplied  with  alternating  voltage  which  can
be  adjusted  using  the  change  over  switch
on  the  power  supply  console.  (Fig. 1)  (See
chapter  2)

•

The  switched  mode  power  supply  unit
supplies  the  entire  electronics  system  with
24  V  of  stabilized  direct  voltage.

•

The  fuses  (Fig.  1)  protect  the  24  V  voltage
supply  for  the  various  modules:

C-module

•

The  green  LEDs  (5)  indicate  whether  the
respective  24  V  circuit  is  being  supplied
with  power.  (Fig.  1)

The  power  supply  is  equipped  with  a
cooling  fan,  which  is  switched  on  automati-
cally  when  the  temperature  inside  the
power  supply  unit  is  too  high.
