neighbor next-hop-self
Allows you to configure the router as the next hop for a BGP neighbor.
Syntax
neighbor {
ipv6-address
|
peer-group-name
} next-hop-self
To return to the default setting, use the
no neighbor {
ipv6-address
|
peer-
group-name
} next-hop-self
command.
Parameters
ipv6-address
Enter the IPv6 address in the x:x:x:x::x format.
NOTE: The :: notation specifies successive hexadecimal
fields of zeros.
peer-group-
name
(OPTIONAL) Enter the name of the peer group.
Defaults
Disabled.

Information
If you configure the
set ipv6 next-hop
command in ROUTE-MAP mode, its
configuration takes precedence over the
neighbor next-hop-self
command.
neighbor remove-private-as
Remove private AS numbers from the AS-PATH of outgoing updates.
Syntax
neighbor {

} remove-private-as
To return to the default, use the
no neighbor {

} remove-private-as
command.
