88.7 SYSTEM
The following sections introduces the SYSTEM screens.
88.8 What You Can Do
• Use the Cloud Management screen ( Section 88.9 on page 696 ) to view NCC Connection status and
enable/disable NCC Discovery.
• Use the General Setup screen ( Section 88.10 on page 698 ) to configure general settings such as the
system name and time.
• Use the IP Setup screen ( Section 88.11 on page 700 ) to configure the default gateway device, the
default domain name server and add IP domains.
• Use the Logins screen ( Section 88.12 on page 702 ) to change the system password, configure
passwords for up to four users and set their privilege level.
• Use the SNMP screen ( Section 88.13 on page 704 ) to configure your SNMP (Simple Network
Management Protocol) settings.
• Use the SNMP User screen ( Section 88.14 on page 706 ) to create SNMP users for authentication with
managers using SNMP v3 and associate them to SNMP groups.
• Use the SNMP Trap Group screen ( Section 88.15 on page 708 ) to specify the types of SNMP traps that
should be sent to each SNMP manager.
• Use the SNMP Trap Port screen ( Section 88.16 on page 709 ) to set whether a trap received on the
ports would be sent to the SNMP manager.
88.9 Cloud Management
The Zyxel Nebula Control Center (NCC) is a cloud-based network management system that allows you
to remotely manage and monitor Zyxel Nebula APs, Ethernet switches and security gateways.
The Switch is managed and provisioned automatically by the NCC (Nebula Control Center) when:
• It is connected to the Internet.
• The
Nebula Control Center Discovery feature is enabled.
Threshold This field displays the percentage tolerance of the voltage with which the Switch still works.
Power Source This field lists the power supply modules installed in the Switch. PSU_1 is PWR1 , and PSU_2 is PWR2 .
Status Active indicates the Switch is currently operating from the power source to which the power
module is connected.
Standby indicates the power module is connected to a power source but the Switch is NOT
operating from it.
N/A is displayed when the power module is not connected to a power source and there is no
available power.
