153 Lever zero stabilize(secs)
Configuration
Lever conditioning arm
Nominal values:
2 secs. without rotating device
0 secs with rotating device
Lever type arm without rotating device:
Sets the delay time after zero force is set during the arm raising
or lowering sequence. This time only needs to be long enough to
ensure the E-P regulator pressure is close to zero before the
direction valve is changed. If the time is too short, the E-P
regulator output may still have pressure and the arm may jump
when the direction valve changes.
Lever type arm with rotating device:
Zero stabilization is not required for the arm with the rotating
device because the E-P regulator is permanently connected to one
side of an air cylinder without a direction valve. The variable
should be set to zero.
154 Lever arm tolerance (lbs)
Configuration
Lever conditioning arm
Nominal value: 1 lbs.
Determines the tolerance for determining whether the arm has
arrived at the up or down position.
155 Lever arm force at F.S. (lbs)
Configuration
Lever arm machines
Sets the actual conditioning down force produced at the arm end
(independent of dead weight) when the analog control output for the
E-P regulator is set to full scale. This is based on the mechanics of
the system (arm length, cylinder size, E-P output).
The value must be as follows for the various types of conditioning
arms:
Lever type arm, no rotation feature: 18.70 lbs
Lever type arm, rotation feature with 2" device: 22.27 lbs
Lever type arm, rotation feature with 3" device: 22.70 lbs
Lever type arm, rotation feature with 4" device: 22.70 lbs
156 Scrubber type(0-DNS,1-OnTrak)
Configuration
Scrubber option
Sets the machine to be compatible with the type of scrubber used.
